Program Management

Holloway Aviation provides highly experienced, worldwide program management and aircrew members to support CONUS and OCONUS programs. We have a staff of experienced subject matter experts (SME) experienced in deploying to and operating in austere environments.

Military Aviation Services: 

Holloway Aviation has a Defense contract management Agency (DCMA) approved Flight Operation Procedure (FOP). Holloway Aviation has conducted over a thousand flights approved on DD Form 644 without incident. Our aircrews conduct military support flights, test flights, engineering flights, and provide avionics modification training to military aircrews. Holloway Aviation currently conducts induction and completion test flights for all US Army C-12/RC-12 and UC-35 series aircraft. Our pilots provide Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance missions worldwide and are trained in various multi-system platforms both CONUS and OCONUS. 

Holloway Aviation works closely with the US Army Directorate of Evaluation and Standardization (DES) Fixed Wing Branch to provide aircrew training and operations IAW the US Army’s various Aircrew Training Manuals and AR 95-1/AR 95-20.  Holloway Aviation has employed former DES fixed-wing SME’s to tailor Tactics, Techniques, and procedures based on the needs of the customer.
